I bought 3 foam pairs from Boots for 1.99 3 years ago and just stick em in a sock and wash em with the rest. seems to work...

I use those EAR classic and that has to be a bargain at 20 squibs for 250 pairs.

Not as cheap as mine though - I get 'em from work.

They have great noise attenuation but after a full day's riding your ear feels like they've been fooked by a blue whale!!!

The laser lite ones are more comfy, not as good for noise but prolly good enough.
