Jan & I are going to Valencia in mid February due to the kindness of Thomsonfly at Coventry. ?1.99 per person each way + taxes (comes out @ ?30 each return)

Can anyone give any advice on what to do or see whilst there ??

Hotel is just up the road at Canet de Berenguer (4 star- 60 euros per room/per night, B&B) Cant complain. So, anything up there to do ???

Or should I just stay in and get pissed every night ???

I had thought of doing the trip for the WSB in April (flights ?45 return each)... Any thoughts ??

Cheers,

Rolfy

Well no racing at the circuit, but Valencia is a nice place

Home of the Paella, so make your way to the port (puerto) area where there are dozens of quality restaurants :lick: .

The Science & Art centre is worth a visit, if only for the building  .

The historic part of Valencia is concentrated in the "Barrio del Carmen" and it also happens to be where all the night life is  .

And this may sound a bit ponsy, but the gardens "Jardin del Turia" are worth a visit.
