In the Tech Concerns forum is a lst of torque settings for the bird. Worth printing out and sticking to the inside cover of a Haynes manual if you have one.

click on the bird logo twice while in coffee shop and it should take you there. It does on my computer anyway, but as you are in Wales it will probably take you to M&P!

Its not a forum but the main club site !! It is, really, where everyone should go once in a while to check updates and info 
It is where we keep and publish stuff that is considered long term useful ( as per the torque settings )
We ( da management ) are always looking for decent write ups of how to install gear, rides and routes.. all that sort of thing.. It may not always be published but even if it aint whatever folk supply is archived just in case
