Drove into London on Friday 22nd October & parked, knowing that I needed to pay the ULEZ charge. Drove out of London on Sunday 24th October, that evening went online and paid the £25.00 tax. Today I got a penalty charge notice for not paying the fee, so I rang them up and moaned only to be told you have to make a challenge online. You have to pay the correct charge by midnight on the third charging day after travelling in the zone, so paying Sunday evening is well within their timeframe, when I'm filling in the form it offers me three other charges to be taken into consideration for later on the 22nd and on the drive home on the 24th, bastids the lot of them. I need to find how to charge them for their incompetence, bastids.

I was asked to deliver some large items in to the LEZ.. refused point blank unless they were willing to sign a pro-former invoice covering the charges and an hour of my time to make the payment
Also refused for several years now to visit a relative living there
