Try and work out the connections......I'll help you out, the testcard girl represents Death, Annie the WPC is the present day nurse. Magnificent, as is the follow up - Ashes to Ashes....

- The Stand Up Sketch Show on itv.......rib achingly funny, novel format programme. Watch the 'bouncer'sketch in series 2 episode 2 and 'bread' in episode 3. Brilliant. The punchlines are often weak but the bits in between are fantastic.
- Food That Built the World on History - fascinating drama documentary about how the likes of McDonalds, Kellogg, Mars, Herschey and others were founded and became what they are today.....a fascinating insight into social culture and how America were the only winners from the two World Wars
