TRACKDAY - Donnington Park 16 August and 13 Septemebr

I am going on two trackdays on Friday 16 August and Friday 13 September. If anyone else is interested please email me for details.

They are organised by MAR Tracktimes.

It is ?65 in advance, per day, Credit Card payments are OK.

The format is :

4:00 PM sign on
5:00 PM Safety Briefing

Three groups, Advanced, Intermediate and Novice. They try to get about 40 in each group and there are 5 instructors/marshalls in total, with two out on the track.

Each group gets 20 minutes on, then 40 minute off.
Each group goes out 3 times.

You have to sign a disclaimer accepting all responsibility and there are no refunds for rain, so bring waterproofs!!

You must have one piece leathers, or two piece with a full length, long zip. Also leather gloves and boots.

Donnington is off J23a of the M1, there are petrol stations near the track, or you can pay 99p a litre at the track.

Anyone travelling from down south is welcome to stop off at Milton Keynes, J14 of the M1, for a cup of tea and a break at my place on the way there.

Won't be able to make the track day BUT as I live only 10 minutes away from the circuit, I'm gonna try and get up there to take some photo's [if that's OK?]
