Touring Guide Books for Bikes in Europe?

Can anyone advise on a book or Guide for Touring on Bikes in Europe? Looking to give as a wedding present for a couple spending their honeymoon touring round Europe.

I have seen comments about Bike Only campsites - is there a list/booklet/guide??

Or any other info that I can collate and give to them?
