When I got my Bird back in 2015 I went to Halfrauds with the paint code (on the inner of the rear subframe) to touch up some stone chips in the front mudguard and belly pan they mixed it there and then in an aerosol can, worked a treat albeit with some diligent prep and application . I’m sure there are specialist paint firms that will supply one off cans, Google being your best friend there.

Have you got a paint code, as red birds can differ slightly in cover

I do yes.
As posted before...

My local paint sprayer got his from here.

Mine has just been resprayed after the off & it's a perfect match.

That system looks very good but a bit technical for what I need, I'm just looking for a simple touch up paint

No such thing really
You will get close but not that close
Birds, like many many other vehicles over the last 30 years, get their colour from the base coat being tinted by a colour coat made nice and shiny by a lacquer top coat
