Yes, what a glorious day, sun shining & quite warm. made even better knowing that the bike re-assembly I'd completed yesterday and, I finished work today by 1pm.

Bike out, dry roads, new tyres to scrub in. I got home just on dark and backed the bike in the garage and with perfect timing came a light shower that lasted for all of 30 seconds.

Slitherfix did it again. :-0)

Yup, it was a good day. Dry roads, not too cold, light trafffic, one of those rare rides on the way home where I could look back and say that was perfect, every gear change, every line, barely touched the brakes. And Mrs Andybird had rustled up a new pasta recipe when I got in involving walnuts, red peeper and parma ham. Ruddy lovely@tu*
