This is an exceptional purchase with Mrs P’s blessing. I get between four and five hours a night, waking at least twice. I’m not so fortunate to get a a 12 hour crash; once every few months I might get 6 hours unbroken and that’s my lot.I thought you were banned from buying stuff for 6 months ?
On a serous note I suffer from insomnia as well, I tend to get little sleep for weeks on end then crash for 12 hours
Two things I have found that help are only using just the 1 pillow that isnt a great thick thing and not messing about on the laptop or phone etc an hour before bed
Regular bedtimes and waking up times helps too but this is one I am useless at
I can’t sleep on one pillow and my bed times are as regular as a big regular thing. I could do with staying off the iPad in bed, though. Another manor problem is getting too hot in bed, even when the bedroom is freezing cold. I quite often wake up sweating like a whore in church with a soaking wet pillow and sheet. Mrs P did some research and it seems wool pillows and duvets could be a solution.
