And there's the rub; my 1kg wooden clubs are amazing for rehab but it's different exercises for those, although they guarantee the occasional bop on the back of the head if concentration lapses.

Here's an example of a warm up drill, which can serves as great rehab for shoulder niggles:

I have purchased myself a somewhat rough looking BMW k100 trike.

It’s in Birmingham but looks like a great project

I have ordered an LED hazard light kit and a 120db horn.
I expect to make many more purchases before I get the trike home.

if you ever need any help of advice on the trike bits give me a shout, I have built a few so have a good idea on what problems can occur

I have had one before, Suzuki GS850 based but I couldn’t get on with it. However only after I got rid of it did I realise why I needed it - winter riding in N.Wales!
