I read that sunflour pil is better for cooking than olive oil because olive oil burns at a lower temperature.
Then I read that we shouldn't be using sunflower oil we should be using olive oil.
Then I read that we should be only using extra virgin olive oil.............

its .177 which goes against the grain slightly, i will probably drop more pellets than i shoot
But beggars cant be choosers and i am happy enough, just checked the year and its 74 to 78 so exactly what i have been after for a while now

I wouldn't use that shit on ethical grounds alone. It's also very high in saturated fats.

There's way better oils for cooking, coconut probably being the best because it's stable at very high temperatures. Extra Virgin olive oil is the best for general use like drizzling on salads or pasta but no so good for cooking. It's not heat stable and when subjected to very high temperatures, like in a frying pan, it breaks down into some nasty shit and becomes very not good for you.
