Ah, but you have to remember that what we natives call summer may, in reality, bear no relation at all to the definition that you have in mind Skip

So what I can gather from the last few posts I can safely tell the kids not to expect too many 42C-47C days in the near future LOL (Mrs Black & Swoopy)

No Hunter its not a cooking temperature it?s the temperatures we have here every now and then during South Australian summer (42-47 Celsius = 106-116 Fahrenheit) ?.. so you aren?t missing a thing too damn hot $%3un . Two of my kids headed to England last weekend and they left during a week when the temp was around 39C (102F) so they are feeling the cold a little over there (Mrs Black & Swoopy)8ree!

Skippy this summer even good old Brissie had a 42C day, nearly killed them LOL Hottest day on record for them.

Hunter I was just on the phone to the young ones and I asked them are they adjusting well?.can?t put on the forum the answer I got regarding the weather, but otherwise they seem to be settling in.

Rest assured Mrs B&S, that the colder they get, the more likely the heating boiler is to pack up! It always does for us:bang:

Gday

Can't help you with a ride for your relatives, but I live in near you. If you are ever looking for someone to make up numbers on a ride trip drop me an email. My bird is in fast black too so at least I'll be able to keep up.
