Bought a ring floodlight camera off ebay, seller has positive feedback, when I went to pay there was no option of paypal,
No worries it wasn’t breaking the bank to pay for it, got a message saying delivery by Friday, we were out yesterday & missed a delivery, I then noticed an email stating delivery would be today (yesterday) via Aquiline, tracked the parcel & it stated failed delivery will deliver next delivery day, Bev’s waited in & it’s still not arrived, googled Aquiline & it appears they are a US based Company with many declaring them as scammers, I’ll give it till tomorrow then contact ebay.

If they don't accept PayPal, that's a huge red flag. PayPal looks after buyers, so your money is about as safe as you can hope for, which is why scammers don't accept that form of payment.

I’ve had a couple of transactions that don’t accept paypal & they were ok, got a bad feeling about this one.

eBay are generally quite good are refunding from scammers, so I'd hope you'll be ok.

If not I’ll put it down to experience
If you paid by credit card contact your card provider……it can get a bit complicated but essentially the contract is between your provider and the seller and the odds are you will be refunded.

I don’t use credit cards, I’m too irresponsible.

I was bit on a kickstarter watch I bought. The kickstarter never happened in the end and I was down about £800.
(Not the thing that can start a bike!)

Ever since then I only pay c.card for online purchases or paypal for ebay. C.card companies are superb at refunding you if you get had. Ebay are ok at it.

I have the breaking strain of a wet kitkat so having a c.card is a push for me but I keep one just for purchases. Plus theres rewards attached to it!

Peace of mind and a butty? Yeah go on then!!!
