The Ultimate Curry Experience

Because we have the biggest asian sector in Britain it also means that we have more curry houses. We have posh ones but also we have the ones where the asians eat. Thirty years ago when I was a student I got to know Mr Butt who had a tiny shop at the top of the Ladypool rd in Brum I got to know him quite well and even signed his immigration papers. Over the years I have eaten in all of his food shops they have gradually grown in size and now he has the biggest curry shop I have ever seen it can seat at least 200 people and then there are the private rooms upstairs. The food is BLOODY MARVELOUS (it has the biggest range of indian sweets I have ever seen)its a nice big place where a lot of us could eat with loads of space to put our gear, its not licenced but you can bring your own or theres an off licence just down the road and finaly there is secure parking with a security guard.

So who would fancy coming for a ride out and then a curry. We could start at our house just south of M6 Junction 7 take a ride through Brum and then the country to Banbury take the A422 to Stratford (great road) and then back up to Brum and hit the curry house It could be an afternoon thing and then curry in the early evening. If anyone has a long trip I'm sure we could sort some kind of bed.
I could arrange special treatment(extra cheap and something very special as an extra to eat) and an area to ourselves plus our own guard on the bikes, but I would need some rough idea of numbers to tempt the guy.

Sorry for the delay in posting etc but if you are all up for it Mr BUTT would be happy to accomodate us. There will be a security guard that evening from 5 pm onwards, so the bikes will be safe. I am meeting him later today to sort out any specials he can do. For main courses I would reccomend Balti coz it was him who invented them ( it is not an authentic ancient dish as most curry houses tell you,but was invented in Brum and is designed to make you thirsty and so drink more beer). I will be home from about 12:45 on the day and sarah will be in all day but will be teaching till 12:30 so all can come around 1 ish . I planned riding through Brum ( straight route) and out down to wards Banbury A452 and B4100 we could stop and ride up into the green mountains for a coffee break and sarnie and then turn onto A422 to Stratford possibly stop there and then back up to Brum along A46 which will take us to the curry house.
So far we have had quite a few possible takers could you all confirm so I can let Mr Butt know approx numbers.
Sarah Is not coming on the ride so if anybody wants to just come for the curry you can meet her and she will bring you.
I will sort out a map and directions tonight and post it.

Possible list of Peeps.
