Always liked the ZX12-R, certainly looks great! Not so sure it's quite as pillion friendly as the 'bird though, what do you reckon?? How's the handling, throttle response, engine characteristics etc. compared to the 'bird?

Performance - trounces the bird.
Handling - Far better, turns quicker, front wheels more prone to wheelying.

Pillions- not as good, no grabrail although the seat is sculpted well for the backside.

Mpg - pitiful, 30 on a good day brok3

Build quality for a kawi looks suprisingly good, but wont stand up to the indestructibility of the 'bird surely (mind you, my red'un had a recurring cam chain rattle)

All in all, im happy with the choice.

Looks orite, not to so keen on green zx12s though, black with gold wheels like my next door neighbors looks spot on.



Hate the wing mirrors though, they would have to come off and have small wing mirrors put on the handle bars at the ends.



Is that a standard can btw?? if it is, change it.. to quiet.
