The ?1500 Blackbird does exist

And here it is . I bought this on Saturday

1996 , 50k . Not much in the way of history but it's cleaned up quite well and has plenty of life in the tyres / chain / sprockets & pads

Came with a full test and 5m tax , and a rentec rack ( removed )

All works as it should and no untoward rattles or vibes , not even the clutch basket rattle they can be prone to.

I hope we have a better spring / summer than last year @tu*

Yes , not much choice other than to put a cheap generic set on at the moment just to tidy it up because the receiving part of the standard bar end is missing from one side and damaged on the other . Will eventually sort them out with heavier ones or experiment with some slide in weights and just have the bar end as cosmetic.

Anyway I never exceed 70 mph , so it wont be an issue ;-0))

Theres a few bargains about,I paid ?2k for mine,2000 W reg injected,vario screen,hugger,fender extender,heated grips,full givi luggage,?600 Zumo sat nav etc,60k but runs sweet,supposedly the slow one in blue but plenty fast enough for me.
There was a horrid manky black one on ebay at the same time for ?975!(looked kile it had been parked in the sea though!)

old bird doing just fine mate, best bike ive ever had ! couple of mods jaws risers & peg lowering kit it's all good.
