Feck, I need to put on another 1/2 stone, problem is my leathers fit better at 12 1/4 so I need to loose a tad. Then back off the spring preload to compensate. No wonder I find the standard tyre pressures too hard.Nige J said:Apparently, Mr Honda decided that the "average European", weighs in at around 13? stone (or 85Kg in foreign money).
No wonder a lot of the guys on here are having "issues" with suspension !

blackbird is better with two people on then one.is it better to put the 5mm spacer on the rear shock, will this make it more comfortable for one person.
are the vario foot rests with the adjustable foot pegs in the m&p mag anygood? and will it be ok to adjuste down 50mm or is this too much?
also handlbars ,what is going to be the best way to and easy way to lift handbars?
is the new blackbird going to be any more comfortable for tall ridres as the seat is 50mm lower?.

1. suspension
2. brakes
3. performance
1 and 2 are must dos in my eyes and by brakes i mean get them working right and keep an eye on the pads/fluid etc. 3 not needed on most bikes.
