As I think the bike is going on either monday or Tuesday next :)-(, I thought I would like to end our riding with a ride to one of my favourite places. Rhayader & the Elan valley...

Meet up either at my place, or the cafe @ Craven Arms, or The Diner at Leominster...

I am not doing a rapid run, as I want to remember this one...Taking in the scenery, amosphere etc...It will be very "pillion friendly"

Ya welcome to join us if'n ya want to.

Cheers,

Rolfy

Sad day my friend but better times lie ahead.

Rough time to arrive at the visitor centre in the Elan Valley Rolfy? If weather is decent could join you up to Newtown. (If you don't object to an old fart on an old Blade)

It will probably be about Lunchtime Bill.(1230 to 1400)..You are always welcome mate....

will be leaving our house about 9 to :30 'ish...

Although I am considering withdrawing it , as its Blu's Sheepfest weekend, and I dont want to interfere with the turnout for his meeting...(drama queen strikes again Martin h1d1ng2)

May just go for a ride on our own, probably still to the Elan valley, as its one of our favourite places, over our favourite roads too.

Best wishes,

Rolfy

Subject to weather, we will be leaving our place at about 0930, heading for Leominster, then Crossgates & elan valley... Staying for a bit o lunch (probably there till 1330, then back via the A483 to Newtown, then over to A 49 to Craven Arms then back home to strip the bike for going to the showroom Monday sometime...

All the "extras are now sold, so I have to remove them, and pack them ready for posting...Nearly a grands worth there alone...Just gotta wait for the cheques to arrive now...

To say I am sad would be an understatement at the very least...

I really dont know what we are going to do now ...

Fingers crossed for good weather tomorrow.

Hope the sheepfest is going well...

Best wishes,

Rolfy & Jan

Well, looks like the last ride is a no goer... Its absolutely persisting down here in Kiddy. and the forecast is for more & more rain, and if Wales lives up to its usual behaviour, then it will be a LOT worse there...

Also, I cant afford to chuck it down the road in the wet (easier than oin the dry...) as its due in the showroom tomorrow PM..

Yes, Martin, giving up bikes for good (health & wealth reasons). something I thoguht we would never do...

Might actually go & look at a few caravans (gotta find summat now we dont do sex, or motorcycle riding at the weekend)

Sorry to let you lot down.
