Would anyone object to me organising a Welly-Throwing Contest to take place at the same time as the racing ?

Then...if anybody feels that the racing is not for them.....they could join in my little competition and still have something to participate in.

Fair point Wolfie and I know you ARE talking from experience, but what other choice have ya got ? a man don't want to starve in his bush. Gooseberry uke: to hairy for me, sloe uke: way to bitter, plus you have to take into consideration the cover factor i.e. strawberry bush, good eating but a big chance of getting caught with the old chap swinging in the breeze. :dunno:
