And if I was with who I think you saw me with (Beevers) he only beats me up the hill cos he's two stone lighter than me. :blush: I can still wipe him out on the flats.

As I'm also slightly out of condition he has got it coming to him next spring/summer after a bit of training. In fact if the weather stays dry I'll be making his life hell by the end of October.

AND I've also been told not to go faster than him otherwise he stamps his feet and spits his dummy out. :B

Yes it was him, and he was a couple of hundred yards ahead of you going up Netherton lane, and it didn't appear to be too much effort for him, whereas you looked on the verge of a heart attack, but don't forget you will be 48 in a couple of weeks.
