That's off of some sort of crappy Alfa. I know this because I almost didn't see the puny indicator flashing in amongst the glare of the brake lights. Both me and my strides suffered badly that day.

On the right track but I can’t let standards slip…need more specificicicicty.

If you're talking about the 'L' shaped ones on the Morgan then they come from a Lancia saloon, not sure which one though. No idea about the round ones.

Correct re Lancia (Thesis). I vaguely recall a modern Cadillac orhaving something similar.
