Well its only a month to go before my annual trip where I terrorise the Spanish/French coutryside wiv a bunch of me mates. This year we are going to base ourselves in Huesca (North Spain) for 4 nights and have a different ride out each day. Then its up through France (via the Millau bridge).
I have the French route sorted and I have got a route sorted out to get from Bilbao to Huesca which is a georgous route along the N240 (past a beautiful lake) which I have done many times before. I also have one of the days out planned which will take in roads around Cardona and Salsona (more fantastic roads). But I have 2 more days to plan in Spain and I wanted to know if anyone here knows of some particulary scrumptious roads in that area. We generally cover 2-300 miles per day. We love fast twisties with the occasional super fast straight. Absolutely hate motorways and tend to avoid at all costs.

The N240? Slowly becoming the "Costa del Sol" of Spanish roads

Feck me this road is so popular it won't be long before Sleezy Jet start flying to it!
I could recommend a few, but your taste in road is far too mainstream, so I shan't - sorry. :beer: :}
Just take any road that begins with "C" not an "N" and you might be nicely surprised :bow:

Wish I never asked now.
I know the N240 is popular but I could never get tired of looking at the lake near Yesa (at least I think its Yesa).
We do love to get into the mountains as well as long as the roads are good.

I'll PM ya some routes mate. I was kinda joking about the N240, although it is getting very popular and we all know what'll happen if it gets too popular :rolleyes: - not good when you consider that Spain are introducing the driving license endorsement system in 2007 and an agreement with the UK to pass on any offences from 2008 :B
