Spam !!

I seem to be getting a new wave of Spam over the last few months mostly from the US.
In the past, blocking them seemed to work but now I get an email from say

Loan#973F <jksh58aI75RiR2GDf@sweetsh.website>

Loan#973F <Y8koltjuA3lx9nAdq@elivrainc.com>

both the above are for the same place and am getting a lot which is starting to drive me mad
any ideas how to stop all this spam and keep my email, would even look at paying for some software

For both, send a report to abuse@namecheap.com

Cannot get any more info as the firm is in Panama and hiding behind anonymity software, but namecheap is the registrar
