It's the Cat & Fiddle pub, so I don't think @Sambaman gives a shit.Compost bin under the window?
Smart move.

Presumably it closed as the hundreds of bikers that turned up there in the summer didn't spend any money there?Hilarious. I'm not even convinced it's a compost bin. I think it's a stupid-looking plant pot.
But yeah, I don't care because it's outside a pub in the middle of nowhere that's closed anyway (the pub not the nowhere, although it's hard to tell if nowhere is open or closed).
Thanks for all the support
Almost as little as the thousands of hikers must have spent there.Presumably it closed as the hundreds of bikers that turned up there in the summer didn't spend any money there?
Never been there but know it was a 'biker's haunt'.Almost as little as the thousands of hikers must have spent there.
The road, known as the Cat & Fiddle road, is a biker haunt. I don't think many stopped at the pub.Never been there but know it was a 'biker's haunt'.
Unfortunately neither bikers nor hikers indulge in pastimes that line up with copious amounts of alcohol being consumed.
Thought they might sell a few pies though?
There is a pub near us on a good biking road and also on The South Downs Way...always a lot of people there in the Summer, but changes hands frequently. All that glitters is not always gold.
Probably put off by the compost bin.The road, known as the Cat & Fiddle road, is a biker haunt. I don't think many stopped at the pub.
I certainly will be now. Traumatised even.Probably put off by the compost bin.
