what oil and coolant do people recommend
the bike has only done 20000 miles last service 17000 miles and about 3 years ago
i was going to flush the cooling system and change the oil i just want to know what people recommend using as i want use the best

Unless you are rich or daft enough to believe what people who sell oil tell you, oil and filter every 8000 miles
Absolutely no point in doing it sooner.
Mind you, this is a bike you have just bought I believe.. so some tosser might have put fully synth in it and should be got out asap
Use ANY 10 40 semi-synth ( I used Vauxhaul own brand in all my Birds for more than 20 years and silly high mileages and track days )
Use any filter EXCEPT Honda one.. Filtrex is fine..
