Trust reefer - any excuse to get off his bike

Museum time = less riding time, but as we'll be down early & we're off to Spain soon, I 'spose we could pop in :} Seriously though Pete, that's a good idea.

As far as the day is concerned, I can't make Sunday now and I know Looey & Russ can't make Sunday either, so it's gotta be Saturday. Now, all we gotta do is pray for good weather.

Meeting point as stated by Pete (Rownhams service station between junctions 3-4 West Bound). Er............see you down there guys R#?

If everyone shows that 10 bikes (nor more me thinks) of which 8 will be birds, so this'll qualify for inclusion in the ride out challenge :yo: .

Pete,

As Joe said, gotta be the Saturday for me as unfortunately have to work every Sunday.

Joe, depending on the final route you choose down there and your time of travel etc, I may join you en-route somewhere. I'll mail ya nearer the time I think.

See ya then guys, am looking forward to getting some hot riding tips of Reefer, seems like he's a bit of a demon on a Bird :-:

The only speed limits I have a problem with are those in towns/villages (40's/30's). Please tell me we aren't gonna blast through 30's at 80!!!!!! There ain't no skill involved in that, plus speed limits give's some time for slower riders to make up a bit of time before being left behind again :}

As for the wild and technical bits, that's what seperates the men from the boys :lick:

errr cruiser..me thinks you have a virus on your pc m8
cos...it seems it finds the words "hot " and deletes them
better get it looked at asap IMO

fast ride out..no probs, i always remove the brake pedal and lever before these sorta ride outs anyway:rolleyes:

in fact if you have a copy of the proposed routh all the better for me as i can stay behind at the cafe and have a few extra coffees then catch you lot up:blush:

Guys, I'm with Cruser on the speed limit issue

I've no intention of loosing my license just before my trip to Spain or at any other time for that matter and I've just got rid of my 6 points. I'll save the continous fast stuff for the track, so maps maybe useful as I for one WILL be slowing down for villages as Cruser and I did on our last ride out.

:lol: me thinks ya full of shit mate & I'm really looking forward to seeing you out corner Russ!

Hi Pete

Regarding the missus and luggage, we will try to keep up but if you could see your way clear to waiting for us occasionally it would be appreciated, but on the other hand perhaps I could borrow a Pan European complete with panniers and blue light, they seem to be able to keep up with you alright.

Ow bugger loobrush I thought you were staying at home :neenaw:

As regards speed limits in towns and villages yes I will be sticking to them (ish) but if you don't know the intire New Forest has a blanket 40 mph limit and to have fun here you will have to exceed that by quite a bit from time to time. :eek:

If memory serves me right New Forest is full of horses, are bends going to be covered in horse shite. If so whats the best tyre to cope with that????????????

Looey

don't worry about it mate, cos if my memory serves me right you were streaks ahead of Reefer on the last ride out (mind you that ain't difficult :dunno: )

40mph blanket speed limit???that`ll suit Reef then! Alternatively, just give him the blanket :}

Cool. So I'll see you all at Rownhams Services at 10am this Saturday. These are on the M27 WESTBOUND (towards Bournemouth) not the one's on the other side!!

Nutty Dan and Lee the Mille are up for it, unless it's TOTALLY pissing down...............

should we refer to Lee as "Lee the Mille" but applying the Mulle voice (Mullet) :}

Er....if it even looks like rain I'll be staying in bed - no worries.
