check out these links. The first one was sent to me today within an email from HSBC asking me to validate my user password etc etc as due to a tech hitch this was necessary. Now it was all reasonably believeable until a few minutes later I got the same email again

slight differences. Very good though, you can see a lot of folk falling for this one.

Had the same email. The other give away is the US phone number with a UK domain
