What the ? Renewing driving license

My driving licence is due for renewal, so I went to the gov site and half way through it timed out for some reason, now it won't let me start again it goes straight to a timed out page, anyone had this problem? Is it just a scam to make you go to the Post office and pay more ?

to tell the truth I'm only 21 passed my driving test at a very young age

Finally got it sussed, but had to use my iPad instead of my tablet as it kept saying I was timed out even after getting rid of all the cookies now I feel sick after eating them all

Correct..As said elsewhere my paper licence ran out on the 10th of this month and I had to get a poxy plastic one
