Removal of the Triple Lock Pension Promise

Therese Coffey our East Suffolk MP who is Works and Pensions Minister among others is muting that the Government might ( which means they more than probably will) drop the Triple Lock Pension promise , I implore you to look up your MP which is easy , just put in who is my MP for your area ( say Birmingham ) and email them .
This Government is typical of all Governments including Labour announcing these unpopular measures during their recess , so we psychologically are being primed to accept this is going to happen , a bit like when you buy a bike the Dealer says as you go out the door "if you get any problems we will sort them out" knowing full well not many bikes are fault free.
So please action this.

Done & email winging its way to my MP. Don't think it'll do much though. they've been talking about it for years so I suspect they'll eventually push it through no matter what the populace think about it.

It'll likely be along the lines of 'we have to pay for Covid somehow & we're all in this together', as they also increase NI (thus keeping their promise not to raise base rate tax).
