I managed to fit the radiator to my bike today but it was not straightforward, the left hand top mount was not in the right place, to get over this I had to cut the captive nut of the removable left hand top mounting bracket and fit the radiator with the rubber mount on the inside, and use a nut on the end of the mount screw. Then the left hand hoses would fit and the oil cooler mounting points lined up (just !)
But then the fan was being pushed up against the engine and slightly caught the radiator when it was switched on, so I then had to space the bottom stay out a fraction by using a longer bolt and some spacing washers between the bracket and the engine. Everything is now in place, but I don't know how the fairing will fit around it yet ...
