FYI Anyone interested, was up in Coigagh area recently for 3 days camping/photo shoot and there is a new campsite just opened at ALTANDHU. C*nt of a single track road to get there mind you (15miles) but heh when you come up over the rise and down to Altandhu ...the summer Isles spread out before....stunning place and well worth the visit. Brand new toilet / shower block with everything thing from fridge to Microwave. Also the AM FURAN bar is brill...good food great atmosphere and at reasonable prices...both campsite and bar owned by same people...very nice guy.
Take the A835 Ullapool rd and about 10 min north of Ullapool take turn off for Alchiltibui...you wont regret it.
