10 out of 10 for the pilot. Unfortunately, although it would be a good idea to bill the twat it is unlikely to happen. In 2 years of search and rescue helicopters we picked up some weird stuff; kids off cliffs, french fishermen and cows but never were we able to charge them the ?5000 an hour it cost! Even had one git who we picked up in march, one mile off the coast frozen onto his windsurfer, who when we deposited him safely on a local beach near a caff was well upset as we had to explain that the reason we didnt pick up his precious windsurfer was coz it would trash the rotor blades! man8um
Ah, the general public - be easier to fly planes without 'em!!

I would think the bill this guy is going to get for returning home will make him change his ways.

We had a similar example on a flight to Gran Canaria last June with a drunk geordie lass. Both her and boyfriend were arrested at Las Palmas airport and put on the next flight home.
