As I'm sure you all know, it's an offence to park with one or more wheels on any part of an urban road other than a carriageway, for example, on the pavement.
If you park in the vicinity of a market and there is so much cardboard around that you are actually parked on the cardboard, and no part of your wheels is actually touching the ground, does that count?
