Only one sleep to go and I will be on this years treck to Italy !

We are leaving at 23:50
Plotting up at Dover at about 02:20 to catch a bit of shut eye in the car
Boarding at 0400.. 2 more hours sleep and a bit of breky
Hit the French roads at about 06:45 and then keep going until we hit south Germany where we will plot up for the night

Following day it is off to play in the pass's over the Alps and to see if we cannot find a glacier for Mo to walk on

All things being equal should arrive in Rovereto at about 4pm Friday
( a tad different to going on the bike.. Left at 09:00 and arrived 20 hours later !

Three sleeps and I'll be hot on Jaws' heels

Friday eve tunnel, Saturday to the Black Forest then Austria and the Dolomites with more than enough passes to keep us amused :bow:

Probably Thursday next week going in search of 'Lord John' (No joy on the radio btw, will ring you when we're in the area)

Then through Milan and down to Provence for a few days then home via the French Alps (and a few cols)

On the good news front, Hunter's back in the land of the employed. He's been offered the job back that he left to join the shower I work for. All we have to do now is find me a better job..........
