I think this airbrush lark is brilliant, have you seen some of the Artic tractor units on the roads? Some of em are stunning with the artwork on them. :yo:

As someone who has messed around quite a bit with air brushes I reckon thats a pretty good bit of work Dave.
I would suggest you try not to lay the paint up so thick. With air brushing the shades speak louder than the solids so to speak.
Hark at me ! I am completely feckin useless and that is way better than anything I could have done mate.

Thanks for the compliments peeps...

I think this one is a little better... Seem to have got the symetry a little better.

Please excuse the colours, as I am colourblind to quite a degree, so I tend to go a little overboard with colour to make up for it...

Yes, Codbasher, I agree with you... There are a lot of very nicely airbrushed wagons (mostly arctic units) I have a friend who does that sort of work. He has given me quite a few tips on technique over the months...For which I am very thankful...

And, yes, I do know the models...Although I work from photgraphs, as they dont have the time to devote to my (Very slow) work....

Dave, fancy an excersise mate ?
How would you fancy doing a shark or two on my bash hat ? Or indeed anything else ! At the moment it is plain black but you can do as you want with it .. I would love to have something totally one off but could never afford to pay the prices they ask..

Lay up a base coat, lay all sorts of bits on it,, you will have a completely free hand to do as you wish.
