made it back in one piece ( even left france intact! )
things that went wrong ..

broke visor screw ( m4 bolt cut down fixed that curtusy of helpful maintenace man at service station)

headlight bulb blew ( still blown now! )

starcom wire chafed thru and had popping noises off daughters headset .

and that was it , so quite pleased really

D'em headlight bulbs are not really a practical roadside fix are they :-0)

nope, considered it for about half a nano second and thought fuck it

yeah, had a great time apart from the sheer cost of things there!

it was horrendously expensive for even basic items, petrol was nigh on ?130 a litre, a bottle of coke in a bar was ?5 , a friggin half a baguette loaf was ?1.20!!!
