Thats the standard cammo used by the Sweedish military for the Viggen fighters. Known as the most complex cammo paint in the world.

I'll just fetch me coat as I leave

Nah mate... look again. The picture is turned a little to make the bike appear upright when it is actually leaning over. Given the angle of lean and the turn of the bars, it looks ok to me..
But I do agree the tyre looks a little passed its sell by date..
Re actual paint jobby...
Apart from quite liking it, I feel I must point out that:
a) Trying to do something different to a Bird is getting VERY hard, cos its all been done b4
b) The workmanship that has gone in to the job looks to be of a very high standard, and I bet it took a shit load longer to do that a standard blow job ( oooeeerrr missus !! )
8 outa 10 for coming up with something different for a Bird
8 outa 10 for workmanship
10 outa 10 for having the bottle to do it :-:

PsychoBikerBen

Psychotic Artworker. RIP
I think it looks shit !

Probably took an afternoon and a few pints of beer to get it done.:goofy: :}

Bit of a dilemma for me with this one - I love my bird and I also love the camouflage pattern on a lot of things but unfortunately as demonstrated here, they just don't work well together!

Looks crap!

Talking about Camo.
When I did my Diploma, I read up on research into conspicuancy for a lecture I had to do.
I found one paper (but can't for the life of me find it now) that has found that the 'urban' (blue/grey/white) camouflage actually stands out MORE when riding a motorbike compared to Hi Vis in daylight.
It's something to do with being so different to other things around it and catching the eye because it Is so disruptive.

I don't intend to try the theory out though!

There's some massive threads about hi-vis Vs a solid block (even if a black silhouette) on Visordown and TheRevCounter forums.

There's such many reports brought up in them that hi-vis doesn't work. There's also the claim that those wearing hi-vis are effectively training car drivers minds to look for the hi-vis (even though the human brain often can't see it) and therefore they then miss bikers without it - despite being a solid block of colour/black.

It's a massive debate and I wish you luck if you roll your sleeves up and get involved with on of those threads!

Oh no!
I will leave it to the ex spurts.

I'm not going to argue with anyone this year, just disagree slightly quite often!.

Camo fits the bill because it looks so out of place
but not more so than a pink and grey Osterich Outfit
