and the Alienware PC is a LOT of dosh (obviously not 10grand, but still a lot of dosh-asuming it is a pukka one)
Most people can afford a quid, so not a bad job really...

That's illegal aint it..??? 
Don't think he can do that..... You can't run raffles like that, especially the bit where he states he'll buy the pc from the ticket sales.
"The best of the best" promo's for the hi-performance cars that you see at the airports cannot directly sell tickets on a raffle basis. AND they have to put the prize up first. I'm sure that'll be taken off soon.. :dunno:
