I have got a long weekend away planned for later in the month, so plan to leave very early on a Friday morning, catch the tunnel before mid day(?22) then zip down to Le Mans for the night. Need to be home on the Monday night, so not got long. I have been to the South of France on the bike loads of times, but never hung around in the North for long - so my question is, does anyone know any good roads & places to visit in Northern France, via Le Mans?

you could go over the pont de normandy mate and visit Honfluer which is very nice place.

the pont is no Millau but definatley worth a looksee :-0)
