It's car plan ultra deep gloss wax. It's only cheap stuff from Morrisons. Did the job well. Did two coats @tu*

There' no sign of corrosion on anything. It's only got 16k on it probably in the dry. It's getting very wet now though lol

Just makes we wonder if all those really expensive polishes are worth the money then?
I use turtle wax speed wax, it's clear, so doesn't leave any powdery residue like others can...

In a word "Yes" they are, "some" are well over priced, :dunno: but there are far more products out there a lot better than wax. :dunno:

Ian my bike is washed with "Fairy Liquid" as I'm also a GAY RED BIRD owner & polished it with every crap from Mer to Symol & everything in between & they are all knocked into a cocked hat buy Mr Shean or Pledge which is after all what 99.9% of people who put vehicles on show use & being in the motor trade it's what is used in the showroom.
But I know how much you invest in your valeting, Ian give it a go you'll be amazed.

So because it's used in a "showroom" it's good!! ok m8, no point in me trying to persuade you any different, you carry on!! @tu*

Mr sheen and pledge do work very well but offer little protection to the paint as they are both water based. They work great if the bike is waxed up already though.

I did T cut the whole think too..then polished it. I've tried loads and find the chalky powdery ones a pain so avoid those.

Fairy liquid has a mild abrasive in it and scratches the paint if used too much..but I'm sure you know that...everyone does :-0)
