head onto the Mickle Trafford to Helsby Road , keep going passing the Nags head pub on the right, passing the 10 brigde centre on the right, over a hump back railway bridge and about 400 yards after the bridge turn right at the sign for the windsufing centre, this is where it's at. :-0)
