MS Front Page question

Most of my html work is done in notepad or Arachnophilia, but on odd occasions I have to use Front Page.
For yonks now I have tried to find out how to change the default directory but so far no one has been able to help..
Given the success of Robs question re XL I thought it was worth having another try on here

As it happens~~~~

Instead of doing file.....open

Do file ...open WEB

Then the default directory for that session wil be as specified

Not really the answer though.
In Word, XL and all the other Office progs and sub progs you can set the default directory.. but no one seems to know how to do it in FP..
Surely there has to be a way !

Dont quote me on this, but i think if when your work is done you select "save as" and put where you want it will automaticly default to that location each time you run the program. :dunno:

umm

if i get the meaning to your question then, if you are only using 1 web you can set it up in options to open the last web each time you start fp, so if you turn that on in tools/options and then open that web up each time you close fp it will start in the web you want, if thats not what you want then make the question easier to understand
