MP3 and XP

Hi Gypsy,
when you flogged me your MP3, I couldn't get it to work on my system (I run XP pro) but I can't for the life in me remember what I did to sort it. I seem to remember having to do a lot of delving. I think it was some conflict with some other software. Have you updated Windows from Microsoft?

Who makes your MP3 software and what version you running ?

More details please.......................
