Just got back from a nice day at the Classic motorcycle mechanics show at Stafford... For once, I was happy about how much to get in versus the amount of bike related stuff there...
?9 each to get in, and over 1000 vendors... We just couldnt get round it all in one day, and the next time will make it a weekend...
The only thing that let it down was the overpriced food on site... ?4.50 for a hot pork roll
and ?1.40 for a small coffee
Still, if we had taken our own, it would have saved about ?12...
I managed to find a Suzuki 125 Stinger for renovation.... Unfortunately, it had been sold, but I wouldnt have bought it, as it went for ?2000 ... I only paid ?252 for mine brand new in 1972 :-:
