Anyone in the Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Northampton, Bedford area want to meet up for a coffee, bacon sarnie and to swap tall stories about adventures on a 'bird?:D

I know there is at least one of you out there, a blue 'bird came past me as I was refueling at Wheels International on Saturday.

Would suggest a ride out as well, but my 'bird has a current top speed of 60, on strict instructions from my wife, so you may get a little bored!!  :)

On yer Bike

On yer bike on the is halfway between Milton Keynes and High Wycombe. But they only open Saturdays. I think the car park is taken over for basic training on Sundays.

Afternoon all, I am based around Milton Keynes and up for a ride out. If anyone wants to meet at Carnell and then meet others else where e.g. Aylesbury after then thats cool by me.
60, your having a giraffe, what else do you promise your wife......

Starting and ending?

Its a ride out right? Has to have a beginning and end yeh! What did you have in mind?

Seems there is a straight line between Milton Keynes and Broadway on the A44 (joined up by bendy bits if course).

I can meet anywhere along the A421, A4031, A361, A44.

Saturday is best for me, but have not studied the forecast as yet.

May be able to do Saturday, got to check with wife, I think we are booked for a wedding or funeral or something in the evening.

Would Saturday AM be OK, probably around 11?

On yer Bike sounds good, I hear they have killer bacon sarnies...

XXscraper, if this comes off we can meet in MK and go down together, if you fancy a slow run, or just meet there. Three 'birds should be easy to spot.

If you want to meet my wife and ask her what else I have promised, that fine, just look for the large tattoo'd lady wearing my bollocks for earings!!

OK, On Yer Bike Saturday 11:00am is fine.

Ncognito- I'll just meet you in Aylesbury - I try to avoid going slow, it's dangerous.

Bucks02 - Hope this suits you sir?

We can decide on a route when we meet, but i'll need at least 2 coffee's, a bacon butty and a cup of chips before i wake up - healthy English breakfast.....mmmm

Nick.

As Bucks02 says, they are only open Saturday so personally, I would like to meet when it is open you know have a browse round the shop - need some new boots.

Bucks02 - can you not make Saturday then?

Ncognito - I am on a grey P reg Bird with race cans so should hear me comming.

Put a one foot long scratch down the bottom of the fairing last night reversing out the garage, caught it on the large floor anchor. :( Am a bit gutted as it's deep, can't believe I did it, Oh well it still rides and that's what counts ( trying to make myself feel better.........arse ).

Saturday 11:00am is good for me.

Glad to see that Scraper can make decisions (unlike like me).

As I created the confusion I will go along with whatever ncognito and xxscraper decide. See you at On yer Bike at 11.00.

Mine's a silver one with leopard skin seat cover, bar-end danglies, studded leather panniers and a rabbit eared helmet.
(I jest)

11AM Saturday it is, my mobile is 07765 226634, my real name is Hari.

I will park at the far end of the car park, away from the shop.

We have, one red, one silver and one grey, all we need now is a blue and a black for a full house!!

Mystery Tour is it?

Hurry Hurry Haru Hari. Want to know what tyres pressures to set... Is it a Mystery Tour with prizes?

If you run out of roadmaps then I suggest ending for a late garden lunch at the (whats the name pub) on B4070 2 miles east of New Town in Vale of Evesham. Return via B6436, A44, A361, B4031 to Buckingham.

Bit late to announce otherwise. A non XX friend would like to join. OK?
