At work.
One of my colleagues has just shown
me a phone video of army trucks rolling into our town.
Rumour has it that local peeps are
fighting over food in Morrisons.
I kid you not!

Not surprised, local to me there was violence in Lidl yesterday & I witnessed a fight in the queue outside Sainsburys before 9.00 this morning and that's in a small town.

I dread to think what it'll be like in cities. It'll probably only get worse if/when the Govt. announce a lockdown.

Not surprised, three meals from anarchy and all that.
People will revert to basic human nature as survival instincts kick in fuelled by the constant and overwhelming stream of information.
Some might say the media have a lot to answer for, but that does not excuse the powers that be for not being better prepared and organised.
And don’t forget, troops have got to eat, and they will want to feed their families as well.

Shit's getting real and it's going to get an awful lot worse before things start to improve.

Personally, I think having the Army on the streets could be a valuable service. Even the most stupid of the populous tend to obey people in uniform carrying big boom sticks. If that's what it takes to keep mob rule off the streets and dickheads from fighting in the supermarkets then I'm all for it.

Ok, so this was in Bangladesh, which is a hell of a walk from here, but how long before some religious whack job comes out of the woodwork here and the 'disciples' start organising mass 'prayers'? Could be a good way of purifying the gene pool but how many innocents will they take with them?

One thing that has lifted my mood was the 'community spirit' evident in my jam packed local Morrisons this morning.

Feckin lemmings..
let them gather at the Dover cliffs.
Then the army can bulldoze them into the sea.

Religious idiots. A bit of ethnic cleansing would work.

Providing it happens in Corbyns patch then I say go for it.

Could do with the Army at the petrol station where Bev works, she’s just been told to bring her own handwash as someone has broken into the staff toilets & nicked all the soap & sanitizer.
When the bread was delivered a middle aged customer knocked a 70 odd year old guy into the shelves to grab some bread, only to be told one loaf per customer.
