Mighty ships

There was a massive Virgin cruise ship in Portsmouth Harbour when we left……the equivalent o a 1970s tower block, what an ugly thing.

Virgin cruises "Scarlet Lady". Has been based in Portsmouth for the last few months, one of the ugliest ships I have ever seen. I think a floating 1970's tower block is an accurate description.

I remember the Russian Navy's battle cruiser the Kirov visiting Portsmouth a few years ago. I really wanted to get down there and have a look, especially as there were rumours that they were doing tours. Unfortunately I couldn't get the time off work.

Having just spent a week on Britannia and another week on Iona I love big ships me cos they have lots of drinkypops onboard.

She’s hideous, right enough, as are her three soon-to-be sisters.
