A mate of mine married a Thai girl about two years ago .. During the party we had last July to wet their new babies head I asked how his back was nowadays ( he broke his back in a quad accident several years ago.. it is held together with pins and they also had to fuse it in places )..
Told me that he lies on the floor and his woman walks on his back. Does it at least once a month and he aint had so much as a twinge for yonks

After the spinal fusion that I had a couple of years back, I suffer upper back pain every day. Some days it's just background pain, other days it really grinds me down. The therapeutic power of a good, long, hot soak should not be underestimated.

I feel your pain. Back fused 10 years ago Sciatica still occasionally haunts me...
