The Odiham meet in Hampshire can be found here:

The meet is held on the first Wednesday of every month and can attract 2000 bikes and 3000 people. Get there at 6.30pm and it can go on until 11pm.

The original meet was the Lord Derby pub situated in the side road but popularity has meant that bikes are now parked all along the 1/2 mile of dual carriageway.

The meet really is spectacular, if only by it's size and always has police in full attendance. Even so, you can get away with sparky knee downs around the roundabout and as long as you don't come off, then the police will just stand by and watch. I even managed a small minger past a bike cop who just sat there and shook his head!

PS what's the weather looking like down there? It's drying out here and I was toying with the idea of a run down - not that enticing if it's going to be pissing down though!

BBC's new weather thingy seems to say it's drying out there as well?
Bit of sunshine to walk around in and chew the fat would be nice..

Don't trust the BBc weather forecast, on monday I checked the weather for Fri/Sat as we are off to grimsby and it said max 15 deg predominantly sunny,
checked it again tuesday it said max 19 deg predominantly light rain checked again today and it said 16 deg predominantly sunny intervals.
I think they just send the teaboy to look out of the window for their weather forecasts

Dunno about filling them Ian but I have a daughter who could empty them, talking of which are you responsible for the machines at Pinderfields? as them bastards must owe me about three quid now.

Jeez what a pile of poo. More boring than a boring thing at a bores convention for the worlds most outstanding bores. Hardly any bikes, fook all clique, saw 2 blackies. A blue one where the rider took 20 minutes to get his lid off and whos wife / partner had the longest lovely head of hair I have seen in a long time, and a slow red one riding with a Kwak zzzzzzzz500 thing.

Got there at 8, left at 9, both of us bored sheetless.

What a pile of poo bike meet it is turning out to be. Unfortunately I missed a 'friend' that had popped over unexpectedly at 9-45. Pants evening all round. Poo poo poo poo poo etc. Next best thing to a Cloggers meet I imagine

Whoa... and I almost went but chickened out of the 140+ miles each way. Wil try and make the next one though if there's def going to be somone to chat to. 6th July - right?
